Executing a Premium Office Fitout

As a provider of premium workspace worldwide, Regus required their inner-Sydney location to meet an exacting gold standard. We collaborated with the design team to execute this demanding, high-end Office Fitout, creating distinct and flexible work zones.

The successful Commercial Fitout incorporated diverse functional areas, including:

• Collaborative Co-working Spaces
• Social and Breakout Areas

The design priorities – light, privacy, and optimal acoustic – were meticulously addressed through our material specification. The build featured sophisticated elements such as various floor coverings, polished concrete floors, and decorative detailing using locally sourced, kiln-dried Victorian ash. This minimalist approach, focusing on quality materials over embellishments, successfully accentuated the key elements of this premium Commercial Fitout.
