Our team of designers, builders, trades and management team worked closely with Greenways Retirement Village to deliver a complete transformation to their facility in Melbourne’s outer east. This 2-phase project involved works to the communal and residential spaces, spanning close to 1000m² with refurbishments to more than 10 areas including; the main hall multipurpose room, library, kitchens, laundry, bathrooms, lounge, gym, offices, reception, kiosks, medical centre, salon and restaurant.

This bright, modern reburbishment was thoughtfully designed to be an elegant haven for the residents that fosters dignity, connection and community.
