Client: Prodigal Bakery

This former cafe became the new home for Melbourne’s freshest small-batch artisan Micro Bakery. This space was entirely reimagined with works to floors, walls, windows, joinery, ceilings and services. We worked closely with the client and designer to facilitate the many facets of baking and presentation of their goods.

Ensuring the back of house zone accomodate all equipment for their full production kitchen, we helped to create the most functional and productive space. A modern aesthetic front of house was acheived with bespoke tiling, woodgrain paneling and warm lighting. The standout display case draws focus to the products with inviting indoor seating nearby.
