Continuing our work within our local community, here we see completed works to the amenities at Yarra Road Primary School in Croydon North, VIC. In need of refurbishment, these facilities were entirely rebuilt from floor to ceiling. Our works commenced with full interior demolition and repurposing of existing items. The new build included waterproofing works, new vinyl flooring, wall cladding, partition symptoms, doors, painting works, mirrors, plumbing, electrical services and light fittings. Despite the extensive work, we completed the works from start to finish over the school holiday period without disruption to the students. The completed refurbishment gives these facilities a modern facelift, applying durable materials for longevity and sustainability.
