Macwood Group completes the refurbishment of each unit at the village which includes 1-3 bedrooms units and single bedroom apartments. The works involved are completing gutting the inside of the units and refurbishing with new floor coverings, bathrooms, kitchens, painting, electrical and plumbing works. These works also include adding glass sunrooms onto the back of some of the units.
